Dhairya Soni – International Relations Manager

The Team

Dhairya Soni brings a global perspective to Suvira Spirits, drawing on his extensive travel and career as a Second Officer with Maersk. With firsthand experience of international trade routes and cross-cultural engagement, he is adept at building and managing strong global networks. His exposure to diverse markets equips him to identify emerging opportunities, foster strategic partnerships, and support Suvira Spirits’ international expansion.

As a strategic investor and seasoned seafarer, Dhairya combines business acumen with cultural intelligence, ensuring the company stays aligned with global trends while strengthening its presence in both established and emerging markets.

Gopal Joshi: Founder & CEO

Gopal Joshi is a leader, strategist, and consultant with over 30 years of experience in the alcoholic beverages industry. He is a focused problem-solver with a solid record of creating effective practices and driving business strategies to achieve goals. His main strengths include developing people, building relationships, and managing change. His extensive background includes senior leadership roles in key areas such as sales, marketing, strategic planning, and business process design.

As the Founder & CEO of Suvira Spirits, he brings a wealth of expertise and a successful history of international brands launching in India. He also has significant experience in new product development, opening new markets, and managing distribution and sales teams. His responsibilities have included navigating complex excise, regulatory, and taxation policies across Indian states.

Harseerat Kaur: Digital Marketing Strategist

Harseerat Kaur is a motivated entrepreneur with a mix of creative and strategic skills. As a certified makeup and hair artist, she has a sharp eye for aesthetics and brand presentation, focusing on bridal, party, and editorial looks. Her creative background, along with her strong understanding of digital and influencer marketing, makes her effective in building brands.

She knows how to use social media platforms and work with key influencers to create effective campaigns. Her skill in connecting with audiences and building brand loyalty is especially important in the alcoholic beverages industry. She can help brands connect with a new generation of consumers.

Sukhwinder Kaur: Director

Sukhwinder Kaur brings over 19 years of expertise in finance, operations, and client relationship management to Suvira Spirits. With a strong background in financial operations and process improvements, she has consistently enhanced efficiency, reduced risk, and driven business growth. Beyond finance, she excels in team building, client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless partnerships and organisational success.

Passionate about innovation and sustainability in the spirits industry, she aligns closely with Suvira Spirits’ mission of delivering premium, distinctive products. As Director, she combines strategic vision, analytical insight, and people-focused leadership to foster accountability, efficiency, and long-term growth.

Pratibha Jain: International Relations Manager

Pratibha Jain combines technical expertise and cultural insight to strengthen Suvira Spirits’ global presence. An Electrical Engineer with professional experience on Carnival and Disney Cruise Lines, she has firsthand exposure to international consumer preferences, particularly among younger demographics. Her ability to interpret diverse tastes and translate them into business opportunities makes her a key asset in shaping product positioning and market relevance.

Beyond her technical background, Pratibha’s discipline as a former national basketball player brings leadership, focus, and a deep connection to youth culture, enabling Suvira Spirits to engage effectively with modern consumers across global markets.

Kapil Bhagat – National Sales Head

Kapil Bhagat is a dynamic sales and operations leader with over 20 years of experience driving revenue growth, brand expansion, and operational excellence across India. Known for building high-performing teams and delivering strong market penetration, he has successfully led sales, trade marketing, and retail strategies for top brands including Amazon, Gionee, Spice Mobiles and Pernod Ricard. His expertise spans channel development, dealer engagement, retail audits, and large-scale execution programs.
